New equipment arriving 6th August!

After nearly a decade of reliable service, our gym equipment is getting a complete, top-to-bottom upgrade!

We are replacing our current kit with brand-new, commercial-grade equipment to give our community the best possible training experience. Whether you're looking to boost your cardio or level up your strength training, there's something new here for everyone.

The installation of the new equipment is planned for the 6th of August and the gym will not be open.

On the 7th August - Try the new equipment day - there will be a Master Trainer on site, until mid afternoon, to introduce you to the new equipement.

Make a note in your diary. We'll post any changes to the schedule on this page along with notices on or near the gym entrance.

Safety & security update: CCTV installation

Because our gym is an unsupervised space, we are committed to keeping it safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. As part of this upgrade, we have installed a CCTV system inside the main gym area.

Your privacy first: CCTV is not used for live monitoring, and no cameras cover any changing or restroom facilities.
Why it's here: footage will only be reviewed to investigate equipment misuse, safety incidents and access fob misuse, offering enhanced security and reassurance for all members.
